Free shipping on all orders, see details here. In stock items will ship within 2 business days. Made to order products have production times listed on the product pages.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days after receiving your order, we will gladly offer:
• A refund to the original credit card used for payment for product(s).
• A merchandise exchange
All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment on your order. The returned product(s) must be unworn and in the original packaging. Any special orders and final sale products, are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. Any packaging, shipping or handling charges are non-refundable. Keary & James Gift Cards and merchandise credit are not refundable or redeemable for cash. Please email studio@kearyandjames.com for assistance.
Lost Jewelry and Closure Responsibility
Fine jewelry is subject to daily movement and wear. Screw closures, clasps, and connectors should be checked periodically, particularly during active wear. Keary & James is not responsible for jewelry lost after delivery, including loss due to loosened closures, accidental damage, or improper use. Any replacement or repair offered for lost jewelry is provided solely at our discretion as a courtesy and does not establish an ongoing obligation.
Repairs
Repairs outside the 30 day warranty period, or repairs involving non-warranty issues, may be available for an additional charge.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For orders shipped outside the United States, please note the following additional terms:
Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs on international orders. We do not provide prepaid return labels for shipments outside the United States. You may use any carrier of your choice to return items to our facility in the United States.
Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees Any duties, import taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable. These fees are charged by your country's customs authority and cannot be recovered once paid. If you choose to return an item, you will not receive a refund for these charges.
Additionally, you may be responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred when shipping items back to us. We recommend checking with your local postal service or carrier regarding potential charges before initiating a return.
Refund Amount For approved international returns, refunds will be issued for the product cost only. Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, and any duties or taxes are not refundable.
